Embroidery work

Relyupon uses a specialised embroidery company based in our premises in London. They have one of the finest embroidery facilities in the UK. Relyupon specialises in producing extremely accurate designs paying special attention to detail. We look at each design individually and also have it digitised to suit the material it will be embroidered onto. We use the finest quality German embroidery thread to ensure the best quality embroidered finish. Each garment is individually quality checked before being packed and dispatched. The latest computer controlled embroidery machines are used and this means we can embroider up to 12 colours on garments and baseball caps. We can pantone match your design colours to our vast range of high quality Madeira thread that is held in stock. The first stage of any embroidery order is to receive your design by email ideally as a high resolution JPEG. We will have your design quoted within 24 hours, if you go ahead with the design we will produce a pre-production sample of your design onto a swatch of material for approval of size and colours before commencing production onto any garments. Once you have approved your pre-production sample your order will be turned around in 7 days. Our minimum for embroidery orders are 12 pieces per design. 

Shirt printing services

Screen printing is a permanent method of accurately printing your logo on garments and will last the life of the garment, as long as it is cared for. Unlike embroidery, screen printing depends on how many colours are in your logo and what colour you are printing onto. It is used for larger runs of printing, 50 pieces being the minimum. It is also the most cost-effective way of printing onto your clothing.

For us to quote on your screen printing needs we will need to know how many garments you want, how many colours are in your logo and the colour and type of garment we need to print on. We will need your logo as a high resolution PDF/JPEG.

We can match the colours in your logo and match pantone swatches to get an accurate finish.

Transfer printing services

We offer a range of transfer printing services in London. Transfer printing is done under extreme temperature and pressure, ensuring the vinyl sticks to the garment for a lasting finish.

We can offer low run vinyl transfer prints which are great for t-shirts and large back prints. They also work very well for transfer printing onto hi-vis vests. Our minimum order starts as low as 6 garments, which can be printed with your logo. Vinyl prints are perfect for more simple logos with few colours in them.

We also use vinyl prints for personalising garments with names and numbers on the back. It is a cost-effective way to personalise your garment with a large name across the back. We do a lot of transfer printing for schools as well as stag and hen parties, and groups of people going away on holidays.

For more complicated logos with lots of colours, digital printing is the best method especially for low runs. It is applied in the same way under extreme heat and pressure, but gives a great result that could not be produced by vinyl printing, and at a reasonable cost.
